The photographs opposite show internally illuminated stove enamelled brake press folded aluminium fascia signs with reverse inlaid Perspex lettering. To create this type of sign, the aluminium panels are firstly routed in our CNC department in order to create the openings for the Perspex letters. The panels are then brake press folded to the required size with returns of approximately 150mm. After the fascia panels have been finished in our paint shop they are passed to the fabrication and assembly department, where the Perspex letters are carefully inserted from behind the panel into the stencilled openings. The Perspex letters sit flush to the face of the aluminium creating a smooth finish across the whole surface.

In this instance, we also supplied the light blue aluminium backing fascias onto which the illuminated signage was attached.
